Database

One of NIMC’s signature efforts is the creation of a Mixed-Income Database which aims to make information on mixed-income developments easily accessible to policymakers, practitioners and researchers.  Our objective is to create and maintain a current and comprehensive online database on HOPE VI-style mixed-income developments, including information on income and tenure mix, design, financing, resident services, and in-depth profiles for each development.  In 2013, with seed funding from the Annie E. Casey Foundation, we designed, populated and launched a beta version of the database with information on over 100 mixed-income developments.  We currently have information on almost 300 developments in the database. The database can be accessed at http://neocando.case.edu/nimc/.

To access the database please create a new account.

We invite developers, site staff and researchers to send us updated information on developments that we can include. We welcome your ideas and feedback on how we can build out and improve this database to make it more useful for you. Please email us at nimc@case.edu.
